Learn how to make Crispy Maharashtrian Style Bombil fry or Bombay Duck Fry at home on Variety Vantalu. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />5-6 pieces of Bombil (Bombay Duck)/ బొంబాయ్ డక్ / వనమట్టాలు <br />1 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic-Green Chillies-Coriander Leaves Paste/ అల్లం-వెల్లుల్లి-పచ్చి మిర్చి -కొత్తిమీర పేస్ట్ <br />1 tsp Mix Masala/ మిక్స్ మసాలా <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder/ పసుపు <br />Salt to taste/ ఉప్పు <br />2-3 tbsp Oil / నూనె <br />4-5 tbsp Rava/ Semolina/ రవ్వ <br />2 tbsp Maida/ మైదా పిండి <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />-In a bowl, add bombil pieces, ginger-garlic-green chillies-coriander paste. <br />-Then add mix masala, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything well. -Make sure the bombil pieces are well marinated. <br />-To fry, heat some oil in a pan. <br />-In a plate, add rava & maida. Coat the fish pieces with maida & rava mixture. <br />-Once the oil is hot, fry the fish till golden brown on both the sides. <br />-Serve hot.
